When you book your boudoir shoot with us here at the Biondi & CO Boudoir Studio in Winston Salem, NC, you may be wondering what you should wear. There's so many different lingerie options out there, it can be overwhelming. Never fear, we're here to help! We send out a lingerie guide to help you narrow down your options and pick the best lingerie for you, and there's always our fully stocked client closet! But if you're still having trouble figuring it out, we always recommend going with a bodysuit. Here's our top 3 reasons why we love bodysuits!
They're Flattering For Every Body Type.
Everybody looks good in a bodysuit. There's so many different options out there for you to choose from that will cover all of your needs. If you need more support for "the girls", there's a bodysuit for that. If you want to cover up the areas of your body that you don't love just yet, there's a bodysuit for that too. If you want to show off your assets with strategic cutouts- well you guessed it, theres a bodysuit for that too! We will work with you to figure out which bodysuit would best flatter your body type.
The Style Options Are Endless.
No matter what vibe you're wanting for your boudoir shoot, there's a bodysuit option for you! You can go with something soft and lacy for a pretty, more classic boudoir feel; or dark and strappy for a sexier feel. There are sheer bodysuits for those that want to show a little bit of skin, and fuller coverage for those who want to keep their session a little more modest. And then there's a variety of colors to choose from! We always love to go with black or red for our spicier poses, and the lighter and brighter colors for the more classic boudoir poses. But there's no rules or limits to it! We've shot just about every color and style out there and we're more than happy to mix it up. Sometimes even a light pink can bring a sexy vibe if the style of the bodysuit is right.
There's A Bodysuit For Every Budget.
Whether you're looking for the best quality out there or trying to stay within a certain budget, there's countless options out there for you! We started our client closet with pieces from Amazon and Shein until we could afford the more high end stuff (hello Honey Birdette!). While there is a difference (especially in person), those more affordable pieces photograph beautifully, and we have some in our client closet to this day that have held up over the years. Our lingerie guide comes with a list of websites we recommend buying lingerie from that has an option for every price point. Just make sure that you always read the reviews, especially when buying the more affordable pieces, and give yourself plenty of time to buy before the day of your boudoir session, just in case you need to make a return.
