The Solos First

When we do a couples boudoir shoot here at Biondi Co Boudoir Studio, we also like to get solo boudoir photos of each person too. We find that it helps not only us get warmed up, but also allows our clients time to get comfortable in front of the camera and with the way things work.

Photographing Men

When photographing couples, we let the men who come in sit to the side at first and watch. We find that men tend to be even more nervous in front of the camera so we allow extra time for them to get to know us while we photograph their partner. (With same sex couples we start with whoever is more comfortable first).

Once they see how this boudoir photoshoot stuff works, they tend to be a lot more relaxed and ready for their turn.

Getting Into the Good Stuff - Couples Boudoir!

Once we finish with the solo shots, it's time to get into the really good stuff! We love photographing couples for a boudoir session. Each couple is different, and capturing that unique connection and the intimacy between two people is a feeling like no other. Some couples prefer to keep it sweet, while other couples like to get a little spicy. Most of the time when we photograph a couples boudoir session, we do a combination of sweet and sensual poses to capture both sides of your relationship.

It's Funnier Than You Think

One thing about couples boudoir is the fact that no matter how sexy the final product looks, the actual process isn't that sexy most of the time. There's always a lot of laughing and goofiness involved. And we love to laugh here at Biondi Co Boudoir! But each time we have done a couples boudoir photoshoot, somewhere among all the laughing, our couples get into the zone and BOOM. That sensual connection happens. When we see it happening, we tend to step back and let the magic happen without too much interruption. We always capture the best shots during this time.
