It's officially spooky season! At Biondi Co Boudoir Studio anyway...
Yes, I know it's only September 1st but I can't help myself! I love all things creepy, spooky, pumpkiny (is that even a real word?) and Halloweeny (yes, I know that's another made up word)! Every year I try to think of ways to push my creativity with photography and Halloween themed boudoir sessions are definitely one way to do it.
Joel and I took turns with the camera yesterday and kicked off our Halloween sessions with a Friday the 13th/Scream theme. We had a Jason mask (handpainted by yours truly) from a couple of years ago so Joel humored me and wore it as his costume. I think he pulled it off perfectly! You've never seen Jason like this!!

Then it was my turn to be photographed! I told Joel a few weeks ago that I wanted to wear a Ghostface mask for my Halloween session. He looked at me like I was crazy but he went along with it anyway. I actually really enjoyed wearing a mask for my session. I didn't have to worry about my hair, makeup and facial expressions for once, which was kind of nice. I think I pulled the Ghostface look off quite nicely, don't you?
